HSBC Direct – $50 Bank Signup Bonus

HSBC Direct is offering a $50 bank sign up bonus to their customers for using their debit cards. Here are the details.

Bonus Conditions

• To be eligible you must have an HSBC Direct Online Savings Account (Earn 1.35% APY*) as of September 8, 2009.

• To earn a bonus, you must open an Online Payment Account by September 30, 2009.


• You must make three debit card purchases with your HSBC Debit MasterCard® with PayPassTM by October 31, 2009.


• Bonus will be deposited into your Online Payment Account by December 31, 2009.


• Limit one bonus per household.

Debit Card Transactions that does not qualify for this bonus:

• ATM transactions and cash withdrawals do not qualify.


• Account adjustment transactions/returns are not considered eligible for this offer.


• Transactions from unauthorized card use or made with lost, fraudulent HSBC Debit MasterCard with PayPass cards are void.
